The jiggy system allows you to run your practice prints directly onto it and rinse and repeat as many times as you want to get your perfect design. Then add the grip pad and/or jig to make perfect placement for all shapes of cookies easy without having to think about where to properly place it each time

By adding the grip pad … your cookie stays put and you can still see where to place your design. 

If you are running a lot of the same shape over and over again, pop on the jig so you get your cookie in the same spot each time without a lot of thought or time making sure it’s in just the right spot.

The phodough allows you to test run your design to make sure it looks and centers just the way you have in mind without wasting any real cookies or turning on the oven to experiment with an idea you have
